'Not What We Were' Mug
'Not What We Were' Mug
Not What We Were. Season 3, Episode Two gives us a case of mistaken identity. Jesus paired up Matthew and Simon Z for a special mission and it just didn't add up. A tax collector and a zealot. A traitor and an ultranationalist. Yet, they were not what they were.
Each morning (or noon or night) when you have your cuppa, we hope you're reminded on His same transformative power in your life too.

Definitely gave ‘The Chosen’ vibes, especially the grey delivery package cover with black and teal fishes and the the teal words of ‘The Chosen’.
The mug is quite comfortable to hold and drink. A nice shape. But the direction of the words are confusing.
When using the mug with the right hand, ‘Not What We Were’ faces others but when the mug is lifted towards the mouth, ‘The Chosen’ written on the bottom of the mug is upside down. This or rectified when the mug is used with the left hand, but then ‘Not What We Were’ faces us. It could have been such that either ‘Not What We Were” is written on the other side of the mug, or ‘The Chosen’ is written upside down.
Also there are scratch marks from stirring just once. Still matte black, but visible when nothing is there or when drink water or something clear.
Overall, a nice, cute mug that is comfortable, but above all gives a satisfactory feeling of supporting successful mission efforts and one of the best series in the world! :D
The quality of the Cup is good.
